Can someone please help me with my netgear gateway router and ipod touch?

I couldn't remember my wifi password so I used little hole in the back of the comcast router to reset it. Now the wireless isn't working at all so of course I still can't get online with ipod touch. I'm totally stuck. I still have internet when I connect the cable from my laptop to the router. How do I get the wireless working again??? How do I reset the password and user ID and all that stuff????
