The ex wants to me visit??

Me and my ex are meeting up this summer for a few days. he wanted to go on a road trip with me from GA to AL but i declined. but even after that we said even after summer he would want me to come visit him from CO(where i go to college) and that i could stay with his family. his family loves me and i love them so staying wouldn't be a problem...but should i go for it? i feel like all of our feelings are coming back
