I'm guessing that the Delete button got you into the BIOS. If it took you somewhere else all you have to do is look at the screen when it is booting up and it will tell you which button to press to get into the BIOS. There are a bunch of different BIOS, depending on the motherboard. You'll have to look around yourself to find it. It should be clear when you find your processor to overclock. Some BIOS's don't allow overclocking so if you search and search and still can't find it, chances are your BIOS doesn't allow overclocking.
but if you are asking questions like this, I would caution you against overclocking right now. It is very easy to overvolt one of these 45um chips and burn it up. Learn about overclocking the easy way, by going to some of the OC websites, reading some books, or asking a computer savvy friend...not by frying your chip. Frankly, you would've been better off spending some extra $$$ in the beginning and getting the E8500. Good luck.
