Is the HowWhatWho site powered by a cms? like Drupal... if so what modules are among the important adds/core.
~ thanks much, reearching choices for a local community site and this one is much larger and robust but does give the flavor I intend.

Yes, the website is Drupal based
Guess you would need : taxonomy, captcha, pathauto, views, CCK, and some rating module.
A couple of the pages are custom made (like weather, horoscope, games, finance etc.)
