I've used various calculators, some of which say that at 5'4" 126 I am too heavy, some that say right in the middle. How can I really know for sure?
I have a body fat Tanita scale that shows anywhere between 20.5% when dehydrated to 15% when fully hydrated/full stomach.
At 5'4 126lbs is a great weight. You are not too heavy. If anything you could build muscle and tone up.
